The Comanche County Car Club Swap Meet takes place in May under the cool trees of the city park. Spend some time sharing your knowledge and hobby with other car fans.

Held in early June get your bike geared up for a beautiful ride through the rolling hills and pastures of Comanche County.  The Cyclone Tour offers a route for cyclists of all skill and experience levels. Rides of 10, 22, 28, 42, 55 & 75 miles on paved two-lane farm-to-market roads and country highways.

You gotta see this one.  The Kiwanis Firing Team puts on one of the biggest fireworks shows in central Texas at the annual Family on the 4th Celebration (check out their work here).  Meet up at the Comanche High School football stadium for family entertainment at its best.

The Comanche Pow-Wow is an enjoyable family event that happens on the fourth weekend of September at the City Park. There are tons of fun games and activities for every age and the Kiwanis Club provides some yummy hamburgers so stop by and enjoy some good eats while you are there.

Every October the Kiwanis Club assists the Chamber of Commerence and the fire department wtih Trick or Treat on the Square.  It is an opportunity kids to have a safe place to Trick-or-Treat, show off their costumes and for the local businesses to get in on the fun.

It is always great to join together to share and reflect on a year well done.  The annual Christmas Party, hosted at a variety of locations, is a great way to end a successful year of giving.
